Refund and poor service

On the 3rd of October 2020 at the Zone Rosebank fund I loaded my card with R50 but the so called manager incorrectly loaded R350 instead. I was told to write down my banking details and will be refunded within 3 days

Today is the 9th day... No communication whatsoever and I called in twice and apparently the same manager who made the error did not process or escalate my issue. I'm very disappointed in thier service and would never go back there again or recommend it to anyone.
