Poor Service from staff

I visited your fun company at Mall of the North Polokwane yesterday and I was appalled by the treatment I got from one of your staff members at the pumper cars, I didn’t check his name but the manner in which he spoke to me, I was very upset in the manner in which the gentleman treated me, And when I complained to the manager he continued to disrespect the manager infront of me and continued insulting me. I thought the Fun Company was about fun and children friendly environment but the way my daughter and I were treated its wrong and am still shocked about this service. Please address this with your staff.
