Poor Service

Visited the Fun Company(The Grove)went with my family for some but little did we know that I would be embarrassed with my kids, I swiped R510 and it went off on my account but was requested to swipe again as the store had system problems, i was told money will be reversed back in my account in a minute but till 2days time the store ****med me R510 and i was not given satisfying resolution on how I will get my money back im so upset im with the store I want my money back.
