Poor service

I took out my family to the fun company on Sunday around 16:52. Everything was fine until we met the ladies and the recharge reception. They were busy chatting and laughing while a I was standing there waiting to be assisted.

There were the ladies the lady in the middle was the only one working while the lady at the left and right were busy chatting while I stand there waiting to be assisted
