No controls and they don't care!!

We just a an awful experience at the fun company, ten pin bowling. There are no controls, we had three groups of people just walk up an sit on our allocated bench. The kids with the one group run up and throw the ***** down the aisle while we chatting - in our lane! The other group sit and the two women actually had their feet on our shoes as we were bare foot. The manager was not helpful, saying they can't stop people from coming or going, and even asked what do we expect from them? it ended with my husband screaming and shouting kids in tears and a ruined birthday for my son.nwe walked out after just two rounds each, I cannot believe that you don't take security seriously, and that you allow non-customers to. Ugly and physically push paying customers around. As my husband and kids walked away Gregory the manager even swore back at us wit the two colleagues that were with him, Cam and another guy.when I said that I heard what he said, he said what, what, what you want me to do? Really people?
