Machine *****!!!

We went there tonight 19/09/2015 and i played the dizzy chicken Arcade game and i won the 500 tickets and the bonus round but somehow it did not show on my card and the manager said he can do noting about it he cant give me my 500 tickets or refund me or give me any thing in return. He cant go on the system and there is no camera to prove to him that i won it.This is unacceptable! I will never in my life go to the fun company again. IT'S NOT FUN!!!! You should call your self the ***** company.
