???????? horrible service

I went to The fun company in Mall of the North,the service I got from Tracia and Lehlogonolo was below professional Lehlogonolo never listened to anything I said even after asking him several times to keep quiet and listen to what I was saying and the point I was raising horrible horrible horrible service?????? Tracia failed to inform me that the one hour was on a session based NOT that I will enjoy a full hour ,the shock on my face when was ordered to leave before my hour ended,and when I questioned her she **** in my face and said she told me,will I confuse myself knowing that am Not entitled to an hour I paid for?she didn't even bother to listen to my concern instead she asked me if I wanted my FEW minutes bac****???
