Broken and used electronic prizes

So we were at the games arcade in Menlyn shopping center today and after all the playing we got over 4000 tickets. We went over and took a drone as the prize for 4000 tickets, got home and when we opened the box it could be clearly seen that the drone have been used. So we charged it and after charging the drone does not want to lift off the ground. Probably because after use at the arcade by, most likely staff members, the battery has lost its battery life. Do not ever take electronics from them. Im going to call head offices tomorrow or Wednesday if I do not get a response from them before that. It's unacceptable because all the games are expensive and takes a lot of money to get that much tickets. You atleast expect that your prize that you get is NEW and in working condition.
