Rude Manager

I bought a chicken gatsby combo and fish and chip combo at Fryking Cape Town, Plein Street on 25 July 2019. The combo came with a 2l Refreeesh fizzy drink. On giving me my order they forgot to give me the drink which I only remembered when I was about to board the taxi and I don't go to Cape Town CBD so often to go and claim the drink. Today, 1st August, while I was at the CBD I went to the fast food outlet to claim the drink but the manager told me I am 'a ***** (in a shop full of customers) I should have come the same day'. When I try to explain to her she left me and throw some insults. Can you kindly assist in claiming my dignity back as I feel it was trashed down by another female.
