Highly Recommended

I have followed The Friendly Plant on social media and in magazines for a number of years and have always loved their work. When the time came for me to look at landscaping my garden, I looked them up. I came across a listing for them on this site and I saw one extremely negative review by WS. It was very emotional and I must admit that it left me with some doubt – so much so that I was on the fence as to whether or not I should proceed with calling them for a consult on my garden. I decided to Google further and found plenty of excellent reviews on other sites as well as numerous magazine articles on their work.

I ultimately satisfied myself that the one negative review that I came across should not be a deciding factor in my decision as to whether or not I engage with a company – I imagine that even the best of restaurants has given at least one patron food poisoning at some point! I called and spoke to Craig about their services and how they work and I decided to go ahead with a design for my garden. I am so glad that I decided to contact them! My designer was Cheri and she was most helpful, creating a beautiful design for me that ticked all of my boxes – I could not have asked for more! I then accepted their quotation and proceeded with installation. Everything went perfectly – My garden looks awesome and I have had so much positive feedback from visitors and neighbors alike - it was so worth the investment! The only conclusion I can reach is that at some point everyone has a bad day and of course there are always two sides to any story…

I would not hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to my friends and family.
