Do NOT use Friendly Plant for your garden renovation!

The Friendly plant is a totally unprofessional overpriced garden design and implementation company. They advertise at large home improvement shows and have a great website, but their work is totally overpriced versus the service you receive, their consultants don't even know the names of most plants, take months to implement the job, in my case planted many plants in the wrong places (e.g. Plants needing sun planted in shade, which means they have died). They take no responsibility for their poor service and their owner Craig is useless at resolving issues. He only cares about getting his money and not about happy customers. Their quoting process is filled with *****ery! Be sure to ask for a detailed itemized costing as they 'lump' it all together as one number so as you make changes you can't see what costs have been added and removed. Highly advise you NOT to utilize this company for your garden design and implementation- unless you want to overpay and receive overpromise- and under-delivery in return!
