The Fridgeman provides terrible service

The Fridgeman initially fixed my freezer but after the same issue started coming back just 2 weeks after they left, they provided terrible service. They attempted to come to my house without prior arrangement and then left saying that : " They don;t think I have a problem else I would have been home waiting for them". The technician was very rude over the phone, and now the owner has stopped answering my messages and calls asking when they are returning to review their work. The 1 year guarantee they offer on the invoice is not worth the paper it is written on.

I would not advise them to anyone
