Factory ****

Am writing this with a very sad heart, and concerned about how they operate in this business.I bought a fridge for R11000 and only used for 2 months. I bought in Sep 2021 and reported to them in Jan and they said the guarantee is finished instead this Eazy guy gives me some technician numbers. When I asked the manager Micheal he said that’s how they operate unfortunately they can’t help me. I need help since they said to me it’s Brand new. I feel ****med
