Appealing service and arrogant estate agent

Aston approached us to sign a sole mandate with his company to sell my property (and gave an impressive pitch to my then late husband and I) but once my property took a longer time to sell (and complicated due to it being a deceased estate) you start to see how disinterested he becomes... he became very unprofessional, I paid for repairs I never got proof for, no evidence showing an entry and exit inspection from tenant, always chasing him for updates (trust me he always has an excuse for everything).. he made it so stressful for someone like me who was living abroad to ever trust any property agent ever in South Africa. Makes me wonder how someone like him is still in business.. Absolutely appalling service.. Please learn from my mistake and do your due diligence before engaging someone like Aston..
