Photography Review

We had a very unpleasant experience. Our wedding was in 2022 at the Oyster Box and The Frames were a preferred supplier of the Oysterbox for photography. They insisted that we pay in full to receive all our wedding photos after the wedding, which we did only to our stock that our family photos were not part of the stack. When I asked Justine, she said they had lost our photos. We requested part of our money back but they just ended up ghosting us for almost 2 years now. Good Family memories lost and we were ********** because we were charged in full but did not receive all photos. Beware and be careful before paying your fees in full.
