Unwelcoming

We booked on the 31st of aAugust 2024. I must say its a very unfriendly place. We waited at the gate over 20miins before the gate wqs opened for us.The person who eventually opened the gate was in much hurry,she expected us to run after her because apparently it was her knock off time,very unfriendly reception.The geyser was out of order,we had a cold shower both in the evening and the morning Very unwelcoming.
