Rudeness and disrespect

We had a function on the 31st of August and we sleep over at Foundry Guest Lodge. We were a group of ladies and we slept over at the Lodge - we had a problem of cold water in one of the chalet and we called for assistance but no one came to assist - then in the morning we had breakfast at the Food Factory restaurant of which is part of the Foundry Guest Lodge. The owner Suzanne was there with her dogs - they were barking at us and she did nothing - may be she was waiting for them to bite us before she can do something about it. We continued to stay for lunch. At the end of the day we paid our bill with our cards then left. To our surprise on Thursday few transactions went though on same cards at Centurion Spar while we were at work. We then suspected that they must have clone them at Food Factory as it was the last place we used our cards. I contacted the Manager Riaan to alert him of the incident and told me that he will investigate. He comes back saying he checked the CCTV and he saw that the waiter giving us speed point to tap or swipe so he didn't have time to clone our cards! My other friend contacted the owner, Suzanne and she said there's no way that her waiters can do that! And she even said that next time we shouldn't give card pins to anyone as if we don't know that - treating us like fools!!! Such rudeness and disrespect . And she went on to say she runs so many businesses and this has never happened to her business! I'm not happy with their response. I'm no more going there!!!!
