Rude owner and bank card cloning

The water was cold , we couldn't take a shower in the evening and the next morning the water was still cold. Informed the owner but didn't send anyone to come and check or to assist . We stayed for the spit braai afterwards which was the meal of the day for that particular day, surprisingly all of my friends including myself who used cards to make payments on that restaurant our cards were cloned . The guy or whoever was serving our table did something. After a day or so our cards were buying things from Spar while we had them in our possession and when we traced our steps Food factory was the last place where we used our cards. I called the owner Suzanne just to alert her about the cloning that is happening in her restaurant (I didn't say she must pay us back) but I just wanted to alert her from one business woman to another but hey she was very rude ! She told me were to get off! Saying that it's not possible because she runs so many businesses but this has never happened before therefore if that is true how come it never happened to her. I must just tell my friends not to be STUPID and give out their pins to her waiters and that I am making up a story there is no such thing 😡. After hosting such a big event the previous day at her place,I really didn't expect this!!! To think that we've been communicating the whole week making the arrangements for the big event I couldn't believe it when she told me that she doesn't know me and she doesn't have my number on her phone .
