Unprofessional behavior

Did not stick to contract given to my family who were going to have their wedding there. Will not refund them the deposit even due to the covid pandemic. And will not communicate with them whatsoever! So unprofessional of them. I do not recommend booking here due to the fact that if something comes up you might not get your deposit back and they cannot communicate.
