Bad service

I am soooooo not happy with The Footstop service, I've bought a sneaker last week on the 13th paid Aramex for shipping since i didn't choose the free delivery shipping. But i haven't received my parcel, when i try to contact them on the number that is provided it says the number is not on the MTN network and they don't respond on WhatsApp/Instagram. I'm really frustrated now because it's my first time buying sneakers from them. I didn't even receive the confirmation email that they said they'll send after payment confirmation 😥😥💔💔💔
