I have ordered some sneakers from The Foot Stop, website www.thefootstop.co.za, order was paid and email of confirmation was send on the 3 September 2023. I've made numerous contact with them, they confirmed they will get back, then never get back. This morning I said should I not get feedback I will report them, then they send me this message.

I've contacted Aramex because the tracking shows delivered, they confirmed the address is in Benoni yet I stay in the west rand. After I informed them they dont take any messages or take my calls.
