Poor service or lack of service.

I had The Flooring Store fit laminated flooring to my room a while back. All was good until winter came and I wanted to use the under carpet heating which was existing before they fitted the laminated flooring. Much to my surprise, the heat pads were "re positioned" a bit and now heats up in the wrong place. IE under the bed!! I phoned Wesley and he sent out his guy Johnathan who checked my complaint and said he would think about it and revert soon. A day later, I get an email from Wesley stating that they will not come and rectify the problem unless I pay another R1800 for labour as they will not do it for nothing. My issue is that if they positioned it properly the first time, they wouldn't need to redo it. Now Wesley just ignores my communication. Really upsetting that there is no honor or guarantee with their workmanship.
