Sub standard product and shocking after sales

We installed vinyl flooring on recommendation from A friend, we used the flooring company to do the installation, with in weeks the floors showed up scratches, the sales man come out with the product supplier triviata flooring, that recommended that the floors should be polished, which we did, after a couple of months the colour of the floor started to darken. We then asked how do we get the polish off, the installer once again came out and suggested a product that he had to order, took 4 weeks and three follow ups before he came and tested it, and an additional 4 weeks later we still haven’t made in progress in getting the matter sorted. My recommendation find a different manufacturer and company if you want to install vinyl floors
