I Ordered food from them through Mr D, when the food arrived its was ice cold, it only took ten minutes(normal time) When I called to complain, the person I spoke didn't want to accept that they were in the wrong kept on blaming the driver, even it normally takes ten minutes to get from there to my home(I've been to there establishment multiple times) She basically shouted at me and told me I was wrong, when I asked her when the food was prepared she said 12:29 and it was picked up at 12:30, so you explain to me how food can from warm to ice cold in 10 minutes.
