Wrist watch Damaged within a week

I bought a wrist watch at the Fix in Germiston on the 10th of February. I decided to activate the watch on Sunday the 11th as I was planning on wearing it to church however an hour later one of the sub dial frames started to moved in the watch and it was disturbing the hands on the watch that are supposed to display the actual time. I decided to leave the watch and wear it again on Saturday the 17th of Feb however one of the loops tore, on Sunday the 18th of Feb while I was wearing the watch I felt my watch coming off only to find out that one of the straps had come off completely. I threw away the receipts as I had bought a watch before at the Fix in Chris Hani and never had an issue but the watch is on the account as it shows on my account statement. Now I am stuck with a watch that is not even 2 weeks old yet I cannot use it. I'm very disappointed.
