Worst service

I had the worst service from the fix Bellville in Cape Town..I went there to pay my for my laybye I mistakenly forgot my slip..the consultant or cashier by the name Amanda Mvamane that is the name I got I'm not sure if it's her real name because she had no name tag, she asked for the slip I advised her I forgot it her second question was "how were you thinking you gonna make the payment"?I answered can't you use my ID then she told me she's not a sangoma..I gave her the money she asked how much I'm i paying i told her I was pay with the full amount I gave her she asked 3* that i should tell her how much was the amount but she could see it...she started arguing with me i told her she was not doing customer service she just didn't give a damn she was just angry...imagine how many customers she's treating like that like they are nothing ..I just want to pay off my laybye then I'm never going back to that store I just hate people who doesn't respect their jobs...below are my details
