Wanted to layby shoes and was told theres no cards

Went to Fashion express plein street on the 05/JUN/15. wanted to layby shoes an it was the only pair left only to be told I CANNOT layby because THERES NO CARDS. STILL WAITING FOR HEAD OFFICE TO SEND CARDS.<br> <br> Really now comeon why do you have a layby option if you wont allow people to use it??? Please can you just answer that question for me. <br> <br> Cashier did not even try to help and put the shoe aside and phone me when there is cards, she just said NO YOU CANNOT LAYBY.
