Very very bad service

I bought a phone on the 7 August 2019 the phone was faulty from the start but did not have time to take it back, but i took it back on the 13th of August just before 3 o'clock and they were closed for stock take, so i took it back the next morning the 14th. They send they had to send it away to the repair center because the 7 day return was the 13th. So okey fine they said it will take 20 work days, after 22 working days i called cause i have not heard anything ( o yes they did not take any of my details) they said they will call me back they have to follow up on it. The hole day went by and they did not call me. Every time i call they have to follow up they will get back to me but nobody calls me back. The third time i called the lady took my number she said the guy who helped me will call back but still no call. The next day i called and ask why he did not call, he said he lost my number. So its been 2 months now and still no answer where my phone is and nobody calls me to keep me up to date, every time they have to follow up. The service is very poor. I will rather let them keep the phone and i want my money back because the phone was still new 7 days old. I will never buy a phone or anything else from this store.
