Very rude staff

The service at the fix (Vaal Mall) is terrible, only one cash register is working causing a long que, their system always has a problem and is very slow resulting in a longer que and the cashiers are very rude. Today we experienced bad service from one of their cashiers named Merriam. She was even asked to call her Manager and she ignored me, i had to go find him myself.
