Very poor online shopping experience.

I bought an item online and it was delivered 4 sizes smaller. I had to return the item to the stores and the item was out of stock in the stores. So disappointed with their negligence when dealing with customers. They did not even inform me that the item was going to be delivered. I just got a phone call that the item was outside. The fix is the worst clothing store to order from online and I do not recommend it. They have definitely lost a loyal customer.
