Very disappointed

I hope this mail finds you well. I am a very loyal customer of the Fix stores, they always deliver and offer fast service. I bought a clothing item in Wonderpark(Pretoria North Branch) and the item was too small. I drove all the way to Pretoria East to exchange the item for a bigger size as the branches in the North did not have the size. I went on google and checked the trading hours for a branch in Woodlands Mall(Pretoria East), google said they trade from 9AM-5PM, upon getting to the mall, the security told me there is no The Fix store in Woodlands, already i was a bit upset because of the misleading information on Google. Thereafter we checked on google the trading hours for Menlyn The Fix, google again said 9AM-5PM(Including Sundays) We then drove to Menlyn, I got to the shop at exactly 15:05PM, when i got to the shop, the door was closed . I checked again for the trading hours and all I could see was operating times was 9AM-5PM. I checked for Sundays times but nothing was displayed. We knocked on the door and a guy answered, I asked him about the closing times and he said the shop closes @ 15:00PM. I was so disappointed because they refused to help us despite the fact that we were five minutes late after i checked the trading hours and it said the store closes at five. I am very disappointed in this kind of service especially now in this dire time.
