Very bad customer service.

I had extremely bad customer service experience with the female branch manager at the fix kolonade mall Pretoria. She gave a bad attitude in presence of other customers and also refuse to exchange the unused item I bought in the same store because the price tag was missing even though I had a receipt as a proof of purchase. Now I’m sitting with that item and there’s no way that I can use it. My money went down to the drain. I’ll never buy anything from the fix.
