Unsatisfied with service of staff

<p>My mom and I went to The Fix in Bredasdorp today on Thursday 19 January. According to The Fix website, there's discount for Students on Thursdays. So I went to the store around about 13:30 to do some shopping before university starts. When I was busy fitting several items in the Fitting Room, one of the staff ladies came and told us that they are closing for lunch and that we can come back later. So I needed to get dressed and leave the store without about 3 items that I would've purchased and 4 items I still needed to fit and most probably would've bought as well. I have never been ask to leave a clothing store anywhere before, because the staff wanted to go on lunch. I feel that this behavior created a bad impression and the shop will lose many customers in the future who would've purchased items and can't necessarily come back. I hope that you could look in to this matter. </p>
