UNRESOLVED QUERY
Good Day,
Please note that on Tuesday 01 Apr, i was returning a damaged items at THE FIX in Johannesburg CBD
I walked in the shop the lady at the counter was on the a personal call, i waited 10 mins before being attended to.
THE CASHIER THEN TOLD ME I CANT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS FOR OTHER STORE AND RETURN TO HER STORE I QUOTE " ITS A LOSS TO MY SHOP"
