Unnecessary attitude

The manager at Mall @ Carnival is exceptionally rude. If you are providing a service, don't act like you are doing a customer a favour. They gossiped about me and gave me unnecessary attitude. A manager should lead by example and not try to "threaten or undermine" customers for wanting to cancel a purchase.
