Unmannered Staff

If there was a Zero rating this would be it. The FIX Centurion It’s Sunday around 4pm, I walk in and find one of the staff members moping the floor while other staff members are just talking. Then the one mopping yelled to the others that “ she doesn’t like people who shop at this time” I let that slip. Here I am trying to fit a jacket on the spot ( no fitting room) then she says they don’t fit jackets on the floor. Then I comp**** went to the fitting room but when I get there the other staff member says they don’t fit white clothes ?! I should take another colour. I then tell her there are no sizes on the other jackets. She than says I should put the jacket on my shoulders to fit it ?? on the same floor they said I shouldn’t fit clothes.

If this is how you train your staff to behave then you are going to have a problem. I am angry but I am glad I didn’t spend a penny on your store.
