Unhappy customer

I was at The Fix Vaal Mall(14/06/2025) to buy my son and nephew cellphones, the guy there i won't mention his name, help us with checking the phone, i asked him how come i was charged R3000 on one of the fone, but the package says R2499, he said that's because it was on special... My son was not feeling well on that day so I just took the phones and went home because I was in a hurry to get my son home, the following day (15/06/2025) i called the store to ask about my refund, the same guy answered the call and point blank told me the phone was not on sale, i regret going to that shop, i regret agreeing to be helped with opening the phone there And oh... Same day i also bought sneakers, i was given 2 different sizes helped by another guy
