Unhappy customer

I went to The fix Phola Park on the 2nd of September then the manager Stephina approached me, falsely accusing me of theft, she said she was told that I stole a bodysuit yesterday, when I asked for her name because she didn't have a name tag, she answered by saying she doesn't have a name and she refused to give me the area manager's cell phone number. I'm really not happy, I encountered another bad service a few weeks ago from the same manager for wrong pricing, when I got to the till the price was different from the one on the price tag and she said she can't change it for me as they are busy updating the prices and they are short staffed,she has a very bad attitude.
