Unhappy about exchange rule...

<p>I bought some clothing on my account at The Fix in Cradlestone. </p> <p>But the jeans were too small. So I took them back at Westgate and was informed that it can not be exchanged. I did not have my card with me but I had the slip. And that the rule is if aything is bought on a account that you need the account card to exchange it. Why is it that other clothing companies don't have that rule? So if someone buys another person clothing as a gift they won't be able to exchange it because they don't have that person's account card. This is really a inconvenience.</p>
