Understanding

I had bought a phone at fashion express at randburg square md the person i had bought the cellphone for didnt want the phone and to leep it would have been a loss and waste and i went to fashion express the followin day to try and get a refund and they explained they cant i pleaded for atleast a gift card which i can use at any of the group stores and the supavisor or manager assisted me and gave me a gift card and i managed to get a new phone at foschini which the person i was buyin for loved, i invonvinienced then but they were friendly and understanding and helpful, i appreciate that! I will always go back there..
