unauthorized magazine subscriptions destroyed my credit score

I settled my account in full at the end of July. I then called and asked for the account to be closed which I was told it would be done. A month later I receive a statement saying I owe R107 for magazine subscriptions which I did NOT authorise I called and asked them to reverse the charges and close my account I then received a message stating that my account is overdue

I checked my credit score and it has been affected and the main reason is "30 days past due" I demand a call and for this mistake to be corrected immediately else I will take this company to the NCR, NCA, Consumer tribunal, write to the Ombud and consumer protection authority and even take you to the small claims court if I have to.
