Total bull**** store

worst service and absolutely ridiculous customer service, The fix at Elim mall is the worst TFG store I have come across, the employees has no empathy for customers and it will 20 minutes for the next customer to be assisted because employees are always entertaining themselves with chit chat loud music and has no absolute care for customers especially the dark short guy he is the worst, I went to the store for my refund and esch time I was told there is no money, it's been 2 weeks since I wanted a refund and each time I visit the store I get the same excuse, I think the store needs to replace their stuff with better individuals, I'm so disappointed anf disgusted by the whole situation.
