The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

Before we go any further I would like to state two things 1. I work with Customer Services 2. I will be taking this complaint to HELLO PETER

The service I received from The Fix in Bloemfontein CBD was beyond Pathetic. First and foremost the lady working at the TILL was not welcoming after hearing that I’m returning two ITEMS and she than calls someone whom I believe is the manager to come authorize and she’s told to authorize and she asked what and the person at the TILL says for return and she says Jeses to me and the one worker at the till informs me that I messing up with their ratings or something of that sort.

Now I ask myself how does that concern me???? I pose another question are clients not allowed to return any items at your stores to avoid insults????

I will definitely be sending email to your customer service and definitely be posting this on every social media page.

They were unwelcoming and rude. The worst service ever! I will never sent foot in your store!!!!!!
