The fix Tsakane Mall is out to intentionally injure customers because they are typical black customers

I just received the worst service ever at Tsakane mall the fix. I got verbally attacked because I "walked on a wet floor" and there was no sign to warn customers about the wet floor hazard and when I asked how am I supposed to know the floor is wet without a sign I was told I should have seen a packet and I mob as the store does not have those signs. I asked why am I being addressed like a child I was told because I'm a typical black person. First off all I could have gotten injured because of your negligence and I get guilt triped because I'm a typical black? The manager just stood there and said nothing while I was being yelled at. Chances are you won't respond to this complaint because clearly your policies and values are not treat a black customer with respect but I guarantee you I will complain until it reaches the right ears.
