The Fix retail shop

On the 22/12/2022 I bought a blazer it was R399 , unfortunately the blazer was damaged, I noticed when I arrived home. I returned it the price tag was still attached. They managed to get a copy of purchase because I lost mine, they didn’t give me my money back because it was still early they didn’t have money then I left saying I will return later. I didn’t return later on that day because I was travelling to another province.

On the 03/02/2023 in the afternoon I went to the store to get my money now they told me that they cannot give me back my money because that will be *****,I don’t know how because on the 23/12/2022 they were willing to give me my money but they didn’t have cash hence they advised me to return on the same day in afternoon. I have the bank card slip because I swiped.

They are saying I must take something else they cannot give me back my money. My question is why is it a ***** when I want my money and is not a ***** when I exchange?

I don’t want exchange I want my money. The store is at Circuis Traingle at Umtata, the store number is 005475. I have the name of the cashier and the manager’s name is Andiswa Dyani and the cashier is Asandiswa Mdingi.

I want my money back I don’t want exchange.
