The Fix online has the worst customer service ever.

I purchased a T-shirt at The Fix online. I recieved an email saying the T-shirt is out of stock and that I'll be refunded the funds reserved for the item. Till this day I haven't received thr refund and they don't even bother replying to my messages. This is happening for the third time now and they always give me a runaround when I ask about my refund. What's worse is that the is still available on the website and I know someone will order the item only to be told it's not available. I don't know why they do not update their website when the product is no longer available. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. Order number: p***
