The Fix Mthatha Mall

I made a layby which I had to cancel because I was not going to be able to continue paying for. I go visit the store in the morning came across an unfriendly employee who dismissed me, fine since I work around the same mall I was like ok I'll come around lunch time. I go to the store again and I found a manager and she was helpful and told me I can only take something amounting to the refund and I said ok I'll rather buy airtime, they tried and on 3 events I went to the store I was told there's no network and on those separate events I gave them my number and the manager said someone will go to my store and give me the airtime and sign the cancelation slip no one came, I get a text message saying I canceled and was refunded, when I got nothing and signed nothing. The level of dishonesty is huge because I have a friend who till today was never helped when she went and did her cancelation. The service is horrible, the attitude is even worse. I will never go to that store again and if I don't get my refund I'm going to small claims court Monday because this is unacceptable. Your refund policy says I can cancel within the active period of the layby so when I'm sent a text say I was refunded when I was not that's ***** init?
