I called in to find out about a shoe they have in store as shown online, the staff is extremely rude. Spoke to a guy who was telling me to look for a number on the app, when I told him there’s no number on the app! He rep**** saying I also don’t know the app functionality. I don’t know how I should know it when the Fix employee doesn’t it, he then cut the call on me. When I called back I spoke with a lady when I asked to speak with the guy I was talking to, she told me to call back then hang up. The staff is rude and has no customer service, they answer the office phone like they’re answering their personal phones. None of them introduced themselves!
