The Fix is terrible
I'm calling The FIX Jabulani Mall for the 3rd time today, I tried calling to ask about the availability of a certain item, i was put on hold for 10+ minutes each time while in the background the person who is supposedly helping me is talking to her friends maybe and loud music is banging in the background until i hang up. This is unacceptable to say the least.
