The FIX Galleria

I went to the fix galleria 27 feb to buy a t-shirt they were on promo if you buy 2,so I bought for my boyfriend as well (we don't stay together so he only received the tshirt late 28feb) but unfortunately it was a bigger size. I thought I kept the slip but I couldn't find it, the proof I had was my bank statement and I also swipe my reward card.... Now Saturday 8 march we went to the store for exchange for a smaller sizwe and was very disappointed with the accusations they made that he wore the item and its got some smoke smell and the manager said I can't prove he had never used it coz the tag fell even though we did come with it... I told him the only proof would be WhatsApp massages, he just said he can't help me, I don't know who he phone who was supposed to send me an email for my query which I haven't received till today. If he said he can't help coz the tag was out I would have understood but to say the item was used in front of other customers that what really hurt coz I know it was never used
